Alison E. Geddes

Statement of Practice

Alison Geddes is an attorney in Trainor Fairbrook’s Property Management and Litigation Departments. Her primary area of practice is commercial real estate and real property litigation.

Ms. Geddes assists Trainor Fairbrook’s clients in a variety of commercial real estate matters including commercial lease enforcement and collection issues, lease disputes, modifications and amendments to commercial leases and attends to all issues which arise in the commercial property management context. Ms. Geddes also works with Trainor Fairbrook’s litigation team representing property owners and businesses in a variety of matters. Ms. Geddes’ experience includes all phases of litigation in land use and business related litigation.

Ms. Geddes is admitted to practice before all Courts in the State of California as well as the United States District Court for the Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California.
