Mark Ellinghouse is an attorney in the Litigation and Property Management Departments of Trainor Fairbrook. Mr. Ellinghouse’s developing practice includes litigation matters related to the development, construction and leasing of commercial real property and management of business ventures. He also assists clients in a variety of property management issues, including lease enforcement, collection, workouts and litigation.

While earning his J.D./M.B.A. from the University of California at Davis, Mr. Ellinghouse was a board member for the Moot Court Program and Law Students Association, an editor for the UC Davis Business Law Journal and received the King Hall Pro Bono Certificate. He competed in the Tulane Sports Law Moot Court Competition, the Earle Mack School of Law at Drexel University Transactional Lawyering Meet, the UC Davis Big Bang! Business Plan Competition and the UC Davis Business Planning Clinic.
