Jennifer L. Pruski is an attorney in the Litigation Department of Trainor Fairbrook. Her primary areas of practice are business, property management and real property litigation.
Ms. Pruski has an extensive business, real estate, and environmental litigation background. She has represented property owners in lease disputes, brokers in real estate sale disputes, developers in land use disputes, businesses in their defense of Business & Professions Code § 17200 (unfair business practices) and Proposition 65 allegations. She has also coordinated and managed class action litigation.
For over four years, Ms. Pruski represented the marine industry in administrative hearings before the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency and in litigation before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, the Marin County Superior Court and the First District Court of Appeal. She defended a large ski area in an action for water quality violations brought by the State of California which resulted in a settlement.
Ms. Pruski has substantial experience in all phases of litigation including discovery, deposition, law and motion, mediation, arbitration, trial and appeal. Ms. Pruski has argued before the First and Third Districts for the California Courts of Appeal. Ms. Pruski is admitted to practice before all California and Nevada state and federal courts. She also is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court in California for the Eastern, Central and Northern Districts and the U.S. District Court in Nevada.
