Trainor Fairbrook is pleased to announce that shareholder Anthony Arostegui has been accepted as a Fellow in the American College of Mortgage Attorneys.
This prestigious invitation-only organization was founded in 1974 to establish and maintain an integrated group of lawyers from each state who are highly skilled and experienced in the preparation of real estate mortgages, lending transactions secured by real estate, and related practice. The College seeks to improve and reform laws and procedures affecting real estate secured transactions and to raise the level of professional responsibility of lawyers practicing in this area.
The College is an organization of approximately 400 lawyers representing all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Canada who have substantial experience in real estate mortgage lending and related fields of law, and represent institutional lenders.
Mr. Arostegui is head of the firm’s real estate transaction department. He brings over 25 years of experience in assisting clients with complex real estate transactions involving the acquisition and divestment of real estate, commercial leasing and real estate lending. Recent experience includes the representation of borrowers, lenders, receivers and trustees in connection with loan workouts and modifications; judicial and non-judicial foreclosures; receivership appointments and bankruptcies.
