Gary Funamura and Daniel Steinberg will present a seminar on collections and lien practices sponsored by the Sacramento Chapter of NAIOP. This seminar will address current topics and strategies affecting owners, developers, and contractors regarding mechanic’s liens, stop notices, and other related remedies in consideration of today’s economic environment. They will focus on the protective measures owners and developers need to take as well as strategies contractors should consider when there is a payment or performance dispute on a construction project.
